A message dated June 14, 2013, was received stating the Governor                                                                
read the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and                                                             
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent                                                               
filing:                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 13(TRA)                                                                                  
     Urging the United States Congress and the President of the United                                                          
     States to complete the funding and acquisition of three additional                                                         
     National Security Cutters and to home port one of the cutters in
